- The following process is for internal and exterior windows
- Remove dust/debris around windows; lay towels to protect sills.
- Spray frame & trim, let soak 10–20 sec, scrub with microfiber to lift dirt.
- Apply soapy solution with Unger scrubber; work top→bottom in overlapping passes.
- Use razor scraper flat to glass (keep blade wet; angle 10–15°) — only on stuck-on spots.
- Start at top, pull in straight strokes; wipe blade after each pass for crisp lines.
- Wipe perimeter and drip lines with dry microfiber to catch trails.
- Mist thin coat of window sealant; buff immediately with clean microfiber for glossy finish.
- View at an angle to spot streaks; touch up any missed spots.
- Use drones for side building washes and proper equipment like water-fed pole systems for safe, efficient high-rise cleaning.

Our pricing is simple and upfront. For most commercial locations with up to 40 windows, service is just $149.99 (minimum fee). If your property has more than 40 windows, it’s only $6.99 per additional window.
